Investing in a strong brand narrative
PROPERTY
We partnered with Metropolis to build a compelling strategic story that will see Investa write its next chapter of growth.
Investa is setting new benchmarks for sustainable investment management and development impact as well as innovation in every aspect of operations. Its leadership team had a bold strategy to diversify for growth – and it needed to share that story in a compelling way.
Working as part of Investa’s strategic creative team at Metropolis, we started with Investa’s impressive ESG strategy. Through a series of discovery workshops, we uncovered the impact stories behind the technical language – and created a messaging framework and campaign, Transform Tomorrow, that would inspire everyone to play their part in taking tangible action.
The organisation’s new strategic direction also highlighted a need to revisit its tone of voice, to ensure it reflected Investa’s distinctive values and personality. Investa’s new voice guidelines are a practical tool everyone can now use every day at work – with helpful before/after examples. We then applied this to Investa’s credentials brochure and PowerPoint deck, as well as its innovation strategy and brochure.
The final piece of the puzzle was Investa’s website. We rolled up our SEO sleeves and got to work, writing consistent, compelling webcopy as well as case studies to showcase innovation and sustainable investments in action.
