With a focus on personalisation, clarity and empathy, we carefully crafted packs to empower OnePath customers to better navigate and understand their policies and instil confidence. We specifically tailored communications to each customer, capturing dozens of variables regarding policy type, digital or print communication, marketing opt-ins, and insurance details such as loadings, indexation and premium type.
