We know we’ve nailed a property campaign when our words make us want to live there too. Victoria & George, a residential precinct in Sydney’s south, is just one example.

As a neighbourhood, Kogarah has a lot going for it. But not many homebuyers think of it as the ideal blend of urban convenience and bayside lifestyle.

Working with the team at The Property Agency, we took a ‘Broadsheet’ editorial approach to telling that story. Layering profile stories on local baristas, favourite eats and natural trails with personal insights from the architect, we drew readers in to imagine their future at Victoria & George.
