Korn Ferry: leadership playbook
Practical guidance from the frontline. That’s how Korn Ferry wanted to help its CEO clients through the pandemic – so we moved fast to share its consultant’s stories.
Global consultancy firm Korn Ferry responded quickly to the impact of COVID-19 and its implications for leadership, culture, and talent. It wanted to share personal, jargon-free stories that focused more on solving genuine client problems than tooting their own (impressive) horn.
That meant interviewing Korn Ferry experts on the ground in Beijing, Shanghai, New Delhi and Singapore very early in the pandemic. We transcribed, looked for common themes, researched – and then wrote and edited a playbook for global leaders to help them navigate new issues.
We did all that in under two weeks.
And while we may have been optimistic in predicting a ‘year of two halves’, the practical guidance certainly resonated – and created a sought-after platform for webinars and more content.
