UNSW Global Transition Program Online
UNSW Global wanted to set international students up for success at university, with a different approach to online learning.
When COVID-19 restrictions turned university life upside down, many courses quickly moved online. To engage and immerse international students in their studies virtually, UNSW Global created a course specifically for online learning.
The UNSW Global Transition Program Online, developed in partnership with OpenLearning, taps into activity-based learning, and maximum interaction, support and engagement.
We were on this journey from its inception, interviewing faculty, developers and managers to understand the program’s life-changing potential for students.
To guide every aspect of the launch campaign, we developed a messaging cheat sheet, web copy and an email journey – as well as press releases, presentations, brochures.
In a challenging time for higher education, the program quickly caught the attention of students and agents – and enquiries started rolling in.
