By investing in thought leadership  content for the Asia-Pacific region, Korn Ferry is building trust and credibility in its local expertise.

The APAC region is a priority market for global organisational consulting firm Korn Ferry, but its extensive research and insight content is produced globally. As an extension of its team for over six years, we have helped the firm turn global insights into local engagement – auditing content, creating regional editorial plans, attending local events and webinars, interviewing subject matter experts, and writing articles and persona-segmented emails to drive local engagement.

In 2024, we produced 22 bespoke articles, providing the local context to global research and business priorities, as well as 50 emails tailored to specific audiences. Recognising the cultural and economic diversity of the region, we also zoomed in on specific country and industry insights.

With an average engagement rate of 51.8%, compared with Korn Ferry’s global benchmark of 31.9% for the same period, our localised content was more likely to keep readers on the page for over a minute – and spend time on other pages on the site.

Our local authors also appreciated the opportunity to elevate their profile, and began bringing content ideas to us.

We continually optimise titles, teasers and topic angles based on engagement data – adapting to Korn Ferry’s changing strategic priorities and the challenges of its audience.
